What is M.E. Day?

It is a Wellness Expo

M.E. Day (Mental health Edification Day) is a Wellness Expo which will be held once a year. This year’s M.E. Day is being held on November 25, 2024 in Melfort, SK @ the Kerry Vickar Centre. The event starts at 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (doors open at 6:30 p.m.). Our guest speaker is Corey Hirsch, and free tickets will be available on November 1st – on our website.

Speaking Through C.R.A.I.G. – Solutions Inc. is a charity that raises funds to support its three Projects and its M.E. Day Annual Event.

The Charity’s name is Speaking Through C.R.A.I.G. – Solutions Inc. which stands for Speaking Through Creating Resilience and Awareness Inspired through Guidance at M.E. Day – Solutions are Incorporated at the M.E. Day Event.
